The CageKits E90 Sedan Rally Spec Roll Cage Kit is engineered for maximum strength, precision, and compliance with FIA Article 253 standards. Built from a combination of 1.75″ x .120″ 1020-1026 DOM and 1.5″ x .095″ 1020-1026 DOM tubing. The Rally platform uses larger primary structure sizes and enhanced geometry—surpassing both our Road Race Spec and Drift Spec kits in overall rigidity and safety-focused design. Designed specifically for the BMW E90 Sedan (2004-2011), each tube is CNC-notched, precision-bent, and laser-etched for exact placement—ensuring a clean, straightforward installation with no custom fabrication required.

Reinforcements
This kit includes 16 Ga steel taco gussets pre-cut for the Door Bars, Main Hoop and A-pillar bars, providing increased strength and rigidity throughout the cage structure.

Door Bar Depth: Non-Gutted *Brings the bars closer to the interior to allow working windows. OEM door cards cannot be fully retained and must be trimmed halfway horizontally or replaced with a sheet metal panel.
