The CageKits Datsun 510 Rally Spec Roll Cage Kit is engineered for maximum strength, precision, and compliance with FIA Article 253 standards. Built from a combination of 1.75″ x .095″ 1020-1026 DOM and 1.25″ x .095″ 1020-1026 DOM tubing. The Rally platform uses larger primary structure sizes and enhanced geometry—surpassing both our RoadRace Spec and Drift Spec kits in overall rigidity and safety-focused design. Designed specifically for the Datsun 510 (1968-1983), each tube is CNC-notched, precision-bent, and laser-etched for exact placement—ensuring a clean, straightforward installation with no custom fabrication required.

This kit includes 16 Ga steel taco gussets pre-cut for the Main Hoop, Door Bars, and A-Pillar Bars, providing increased strength and rigidity throughout the cage structure.

The Datsun 510 Rally Spec Roll Cage Kit includes a standardized door bar package designed for strength and compliance:
Door Bar Style: X-Style
Door Bar Depth: Non-Gutted *Brings the bars closer to the interior to allow working windows. OEM door cards cannot be fully retained and must be trimmed halfway horizontally or replaced with a sheet metal panel.
